Most prenatals are overwhelming, underdone, or written for someone else's idea of motherhood. So we made ours.

Our story

What is in it, and why.

Seventeen nutrients, each with a reason to be there. Amounts on the label, no proprietary blends.

The Prenatal by moode
Activated folate

We use activated folate (aka calcium folinate) because it’s a form your body can absorb and use straight away.

300mg choline

Choline supports healthy foetal brain and nervous system development, and it is an easy nutrient to fall short on. We have included 300mg of choline bitartrate to help close that gap.

Iodine

The daily dose provides 270 micrograms of iodine. Iodine supports healthy foetal development, including your baby’s brain and central nervous system development. It’s also helpful for maintaining a healthy pregnancy and maternal health.

Activated B6 and B12

We’ve formulated with high-dose bioactive B-vitamins, to support healthy fetal development and a healthy pregnancy.

Vitamin D and zinc

Zinc works to maintain a healthy pregnancy and support healthy foetal development.

No iron

Not everyone needs extra iron, and adding it to a multivitamin regardless of individual levels is not good practice. If needed you cann supplement iron separately at the right dose for you.

Good to know.

No textbook wellness speak. Just useful things about bodies, brains, pregnancy and whatever else women are actually wondering.
