THE PRENATAL I WISHED I'D HAD.

I spent two years on this. Testing it while pregnant, reformulating, swapping manufacturers when they couldn't hit the brief. The result is one formula, built to support a healthy pregnancy and maternal health - in the forms your body can actually use.

Jess Rosenberg, founder of moode, sitting in a green chair against a yellow wall

After three pregnancies I still couldn't find a prenatal I'd recommend. So I made one.

I created moode because I've been there. Three pregnancies, a background in natural therapies and nutrition, and a lot of time spent asking obstetricians and naturopaths what they'd actually recommend.

So I made something different. Two years of research and development. One formula. Obsessed over. Designed to support your maternal health, a healthy pregnancy, and your baby's development. Without the overwhelm.

Because I tested these while pregnant myself. Two small capsules. Designed for what your body needs in pregnancy. And considered enough to keep taking every day.

It's the prenatal I'd recommend to my best friend.

One product. Every ingredient earned its place.

At moode, we don't do product ranges. We do one thing and we do it properly. I know how much informed nutrition matters in pregnancy. As a social worker in a previous life, I'm informed by how much authentic support matters. We deserve community, not being sold to.

So, I did what any slightly unreasonable woman does when she can't find what she needs. I built it.

FOUR THINGS WE DID DIFFERENTLY. ON PURPOSE.

Activated folate, not folic acid

Bioavailable folate. The activated form your body can use straight away, without a conversion step.

Choline included

Choline was our absolute non-negotiable. We swapped manufacturers three times to make sure we could include it in every daily dose.

Iron. Left out on purpose.

Iron isn't for everyone. It can interact badly with some other nutrients and cause stomach upsets when you need it the least. After learning the hard way, we'd recommend taking this one separately if you need it.

Two small capsules. Daily.

Small capsules. Two a day, after food. And on the days you can't stomach a capsule (first trimester, we see you), pull them apart and stir the tasteless powder into a smoothie or water. No skipped days.
